PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT · CERTIFICATION
Product development from concept to certification
Starting from market and competitor analysis, I led the conceptual design and prototyping phases and coordinated technically with national and international accredited laboratories to meet the certification requirements of the designs.
PROBLEM
Bringing a new product to market requires reading market expectations correctly, a concept that stands apart from competitors, and proof of compliance with national and international standards through type testing. A gap at any of these stages significantly increases development time and cost.
APPROACH
I captured customer requirements through market and competitor analysis and translated them into technical design parameters using quality function deployment (QFD / House of Quality). I led the conceptual design and prototyping phases, prepared test plans and ran technical coordination with national and international accredited laboratories.
RESULT
The certification requirements of the designs were successfully met.
